Staff was friendly and professional.
Reading lamp near bedside is VERY HOT. I burned my fingers trying to adjust the location of light. Ouch!

Wifi free only in the lobby and it didn't even work that well. parking expensive.

The rooms and the design of the hotel at all
you are just a number in this hotel and you don't feel as an "important" guest.

I loved the staff. They were very professional and extremely helpful. Miguel from reception was our favorite because we were having difficulties adapting to the time changes and he was available to lead us to eateries that were opened a little bit later. He also referred me to a pharmacy for an allergy medication.
The rooms are smaller than I anticipated. However, it could be the presence of the roll away bed.
